  • "Our story begins with a flood under the kitchen cabinet. The flood left us with mold, a damaged wood floor and ruined cabinets. I interviewed three contractors and none showed any interest in the job. A friend referred me to Moishe. He came over and immediately input a layout of our current kitchen into his computer. We worked together to make changes for our new kitchen. He suggested adding a spice cabinet and a lazy Susan to eliminate wasted corner space He also put in a hidden sponge holder in front of the sink and a double garbage can drawer. Moishe met with us and helped us pick out our granite being so selective with each slab as if he were choosing slabs for his own home! Moshe went above and beyond by sending us 911 Restoration, a great company to remove the mold and he also spent a lot of time and patience helping us negoitiate with the insurance company. The quality and workmanship of the new cabinets was outstanding. Moshe's enthusiasm and perfection shows in the final product of our new kitchen.     "We got several estimates for a kitchen remodel and ended up selecting Precise Homebuilders. Dino from Precise Homebuilders impressed us as being exceptionally knowledgeable. On his first visit he immediately provided us with different 3D computer models of our kitchen that we could preview.
    He was extremely helpful in making suggestions for the design and took us to various places to buy the needed supplies.
    Dino was always accommodating us if we wanted changes. Indeed he worked extremely hard to please us and put a lot of attention to all the details and to do everything possible to provide us with a beautiful kitchen. Everyone who worked for this company was doing their best to satisfy us. His crew was amazing and did a great job. We also appreciated Tina, the friendly secretary for this company who was always available to answer questions and to keep us informed of the production process.

    "I met with Dino at the apartment and took him upstairs to the 1BR Apt which was stripped down to the bare studs by the Insurance Company's Emergency Contractor services. He was very thorough in taking measurements and asking me questions about the materials to use for the 1BR unit. He offered several suggestions on remodeling that would help maximize space. He explained how the Insurance Claim process worked and was working to provide a line-by-line item of materials and costs to rebuild the 1BR unit. He met with me a few days later and I was impressed on how he had recreated the apartment on a 3D modeling software program. ... Dino did not use any hard pressure tactics and was very smooth during the entire process. Precise Home Builders would definitely have been the company I would hire, except the circumstance changed unexpectedly and I unfortunately could not hire him."

    "When I found out I was expecting my second child, we knew we needed more space, and really love our home, we really didn't want to sell it and start looking for a new one, since it's really not the best time to sell right now. So, our friends, who just had their kitchen redone by Precise, were really happy with the results and insisted that we should at least get an estimate from them... The representative who came to our house spent almost 3 hours with us during the first meeting; but he was not trying to push us into a contract: he was educating us, providing ideas, talking to us about what the project would entail... Here is what made me so happy to work with them: they are trustworthy and reliable. We always had our questions answered, we were not left wondering, and the crew was very professional and clean, and being pregnant, I appreciated it... We found an honest contractor, and that's rare. We have become really close with our representative, and I know we will soon trust Precise to help us with more renovations in our home."

    "[W]e scheduled a meeting for estimate at my house, he arrived on time and gave a detailed explanation how he was going to preform the remodeling work. Moshe, the contractor provided me with full drawing for my new kitchen and bathroom. After we agreed on the new remodeling plan, he pulled all permits that were necessary for the job and started few days later. Moshe informed me that work will be completed in 8 weeks and it was done two weeks before. Before the job started, moshe and I went to buy all the plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, appliances and tile. Also we went together to choose granite and custom cabinets style and color for my kitchen and bathroom... I am very very pleased with the out come."

    "I did not start out to get the bathroom redone at the same time as the kitchen, but I was so impressed with the work that I asked for the bathroom to be redone when they had almost completed the kitchen. I had custom cabinets built for both the kitchen and bathroom. The workmanship on the cabinets is outstanding. New flooring was placed in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as my laundry room and second bathroom. Moshe went with me to select the granite for my countertops and assisted with the selection of appliances. When I am ready to have my diningroom remodeled, I will definitely be calling Precise Home Builders. I would not use any other contractor. I would recommend Precise Home Builders to anyone who is looking to remodel their home."
