Dino was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He listened to our needs carefully and made excellent suggestions. The workers were polite and worked on site practically every weekday. They cleaned up everything before left the house everyday.

“Dino met with us soon after we called to make an appointment. After meeting with several contractors it was a breath of fresh air meeting with Dino. All the other contractors were pushy salesmen always trying to close the deal. Dino listened attentively and started measuring the kitchen right away. We were very happy with his plan and most especially with him. The work would be: Completely remodel our existing kitchen including, demolishing, new floors, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and making a cut out window from the kitchen to the living room. They would also paint and relocate the gas lines for the stove and water line for the refrigerator. They would handle all the local permits and the job would be done in 4 weeks.”

“Our story begins with a flood under the kitchen cabinet. The flood left us with mold, a damaged wood floor and ruined cabinets. I interviewed three contractors and none showed any interest in the job. A friend referred me to Moishe. He came over and immediately input a layout of our current kitchen into his computer. We worked together to make changes for our new kitchen. He suggested adding a spice cabinet and a lazy Susan to eliminate wasted corner space He also put in a hidden sponge holder in front of the sink and a double garbage can drawer. “I met with Dino at the apartment and took him upstairs to the 1BR Apt which was stripped down to the bare studs by the Insurance Company’s Emergency Contractor services. He was very thorough in taking measurements and asking me questions about the materials to use for the 1BR unit. He offered several suggestions on remodeling that would help maximize space. He explained how the Insurance Claim process worked and was working to provide a line-by-line item of materials and costs to rebuild the 1BR unit. He met with me a few days later and I was impressed on how he had recreated the apartment on a 3D modeling software program. … Dino did not use any hard pressure tactics and was very smooth during the entire process. Precise Home Builders would definitely have been the company I would hire, except the circumstance changed unexpectedly and I unfortunately could not hire him.”
